    Most orders are produced and shipped within a few days, then delivered based on your location and the nearest fulfilment centre.

    Duties and Import Fees

    Our fulfilment partner fulfils orders from multiple regions, which means many customers will not be charged additional duties.
    In general:

    • USA orders are fulfilled within the USA, so duties are unlikely.
    • UK orders are fulfilled within the UK when stock allows.
    • Europe orders are often fulfilled within the EU.
    • Australia and New Zealand orders are usually fulfilled from Australia.
